How to Participate

 

Step 1: Sign up to participate

1. Enroll online
  • Please click here to enroll online.
  • Please click the link in the confirmation email for registration of online Fundraising Page.

or

2. Download the registration form
  • Please download the registration form here and submit the completed form with the payment details by post or fax.
  • Please mark your name and the event title “5th 3-Legged Charity Walk” at the back of the cheque / payment slip.
  • Please DO NOT send cash by post.
  • The confirmation email with details of fundraising page registration will be sent to you within 5 working days upon the receipt of your registration form.

i. By Post 
Please submit the completed form together with the payment method to the address below:

Step 2: Share the Event

1. Keep raising funds for under-privileged children in Hong Kong and orphans and disabled children in Qinghai by inviting your friends and families to sponsor you for the event. 
2. A tax-deductive receipt will be issued for donations over HK$100 or above.
3. Sponsorship can be made Online or by Downloading the Sponsorship Form.



Step 3: Collect donations

1. Fundraising Page
Each participant / group representative is entitled to an online fundraising page which can be shared via email / Facebook for sponsorship invitation. To set up a fundraising page, please click the link in the confirmation email and receive login details.

2. Download Sponsorship Form
Simply download the sponsorship form here and submit the completed form with all donations to Christian Action before the deadline:

Deadline to remit all donations raised
7.4.2017

Please DO NOT send cash by post.

 

Step 4: Event Day

An event confirmation letter with free shuttle bus arrangement / parking permit (if applicable) will be sent to the participants by post 1 or 2 weeks before the event. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration counter on the event day.
