Message
from Executive
Director
I
am always humbled
and uplifted when
I witness volunteers
like you who put
your beliefs into
action. One example
of this took place
on a blisteringly
hot day on 1st September
when over
1,700 Christian
Action volunteers
labored to raise
funds by selling
flags. Through
the sacrifices
of supporters like
you over $460,000
was raised to help
new arrivals and
ethnic minorities.
On behalf of all
those we serve
I would like to
say "thank-you"
to the 12 schools,
churches, branches
of Hong Kong & Shanghai
Banking Corporation,
disciplined service
units and non-profit
organizations and
companies for providing
flag bag collection
points and for
providing volunteers,
and G4S Cash Services
Limited for sponsoring
secure transportation
services. more
