Today is CA Christmas Party. Pray that it will progress smoothly and all staff & board members will have fun and sweet memory; and a sense of belonging will be fostered through celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Saviour whom we look up to and rely on.

Red Packet for Every Home Campaign: Love for Every Home Drawing Competition is on launch now. Pray for a warm response from the schools and art studios across the city; and the participants would learn how special they are in the eyes of our Lord and continue to nurture their creativity.

Our China programme team continues to work on the second batch of bidding process to buy million dollars’ worth of rehabilitation equipment to be donated through CA to the new Xining children’s home this month. Pray for the smooth procedures that follow; and together we improve the well-being for the children of disabilities on the Tibetan Plateau.

This month, our New Arrivals Mong Kok Service Centre (a.k.a. MKC) will hold two sponsored Christmas parties for 70 children from the deprived families in MKC and Christian Action Centre respectively. Pray that all the beneficiaries would feel loved and cherished by the community.

Pray that the participants will be better equipped with updated info on the community services in Kwun Tong; and they will adapt to the new environment with ease and joy.

Our Tuen Mun SHINE Centre will participate “the Inter-racial Talent Show & Cultural Exchange Day” organized by the Social Welfare Department this morning. 17 of our ethnic minorities youth will perform Erhu and Kauda Bollywood Dance. Pray that we strive to foster cultural understanding and community integration.

Last week, our Ministry Coordination Team Long Ping Centre collaborated with a local church in Tuen Mun to host a festive celebration with 20 mentors and mentees under the mentorship programme. Pray that more churches will partner with us to enhance the mutual understanding between the pair; and together we deliver light and hope to the needy.
