• Oversee the smooth operation of the Centre, including center administration and designated funding projects, with responsibilities spanning project implementation, budgeting, and report writing
• Ensure the achievement of targeted outputs and outcomes as outlined in the annual business plan approved by the Executive Director
• Establish and maintain a network of collaborators to support and drive service development
• Conduct and supervise casework to support service users effectively
• Actively contribute to the development of the Centre by identifying community needs, generating service ideas, and preparing funding proposals
• Effectively manage and lead the team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Assist the Division Head and Senior Manager in developing service funding proposal
• Working Location: Sheung Shui
• Any ad hoc duties as required 

• A sub-degree or higher qualification in Social Work.
• Registered Social Worker (RSW).
• At least 5 years of experience in social services, preferably in community development and working with underprivileged families.
• Proven experience in staff or volunteer management and leadership.
• Strong project management skills, including implementation, progress monitoring, budget management, and report writing.
• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, pleasant, responsible, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
