Domestic Helpers’ Sunday 2026
The Hong Kong Christian Council (HKCC), where Mrs. Cheung-Ang Siew Mei JP serves on the Executive Committee, has designated the last Sunday in May as “Domestic Helpers Sunday.” A special sermon has been prepared and shared among local churches to mark the occasion. Pray that this initiative will deepen mutual partnership in Christ, inspire compassion and appreciation for foreign domestic helpers, and encourage us to serve one another in love. Amen.

Our Choi Wan Centre is hosting the Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Sharing Day for the Elderly this afternoon, celebrating both the festive season and the 29th Anniversary of Hong Kong’s Return to the Motherland. We pray for the 200 elderly residents from Wong Tai Sin District who will attend. May the event overflow with joy, warmth, and meaningful fellowship, bringing them comfort, dignity, and a deep sense of community. Amen.
